SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

  • Formulate social media strategies and post schedules with intent. The how and why behind the social media schedule. Post content with aims in mind.

  • Scheduling posts daily and learning how many to schedule per day. Each social media platform shows you post insights and analytics.

  • Engaging with the post by liking users comments (we do this to show acknowledgement by the business to the user for commenting. We let the client reply to all messages and comments as they know what to say more than we do). Making sure all scheduled posts have gone out on time, no typos and no time/schedule slip ups. Making sure all post copy is formatted, spelt and punctuated correctly.

  • Read and examine social media post insights. Insights and metrics from individual posts, post types (just Photo, just Video, just Graphic) and the page insights and metrics itself over the last 30 days. Analyse and examine this data to formulate a content plan of action, to expand on what's working for the client and cut out what's not working.

  • Ensuring all usernames, @’s and handles are in keeping with the brand, for example (@christianjaemesmarketing, rather than, @cjm144637). Writing updated and correcting old copy text within the profile, on about pages or in the page bio. Making sure all web links are updated, shortened, and look tidy (look into a Linktree for the client if needed). Include SEO within copy text as much as possible, without making the copy too long.

  • Making sure all photo assets (profile photo, cover photo etc.) are high quality and sharp, and making sure they're all in keeping with the brand.

  • Ensuring all web links and any external links are working and up to date. Shorten any long and ugly looking URLs. Outbound Optimisation is ensuring that the process followers take to reach an external source that the client has provided is as smooth and frictionless as possible. Once they’ve been optimised and branded, trust is added to the links

FACEBOOK ADS MANAGER

  • Creating and managing ad campaigns.

  • Read and understand ad analytics.

  • Knowing what and when to test, as well as keeping on top of all ad-sets and keeping track of how they are running and if they need tweaking.

  • Understanding terms such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPP. Reading and analysing ad data from particular/individual ad-sets to get an understanding of how they are performing. You may need to relay this information back to myself or the client, so having a good understanding of this is highly important.

  • Understanding how interest expansion works and broad/no targeting ads.

PHOTOGRAPHER

PRODUCT DESIGNER

  • Take into account the client's current branding and use this to write a brief to follow for the product design.

  • Figure out what it is the client is wanting from this product. What's their goal? What is the product for? Is it to sell or is it for brand awareness? Learn what the client wants from this product and make sure the product is designed and properly planned out to execute this task efficiently.

  • Having graphic design experience to be able to create designs and mock-ups for the client to approve or deny, having experience handling and using products to know what the general customer consensus is.

  • Finding the best supplier and negotiating with them to get the best value.

EMAIL MARKETING
